At Harp & Bowl Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re happy to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns for defective or damaged items only. If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (or photo) of the problem.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
Please note: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns based on taste preferences or ordering errors.
